To return an item purchased in one of our stores, please contact your local store.
REQUIREMENTS TO RETURN AN ITEM:

- Item has been delivered within the last 15 days
- You must reach out to us before you make your return to obtain a Return Authorization. Any returns received without a return authorization will be returned to the sender.
- The product must be unused and in its original packaging, including all original packaging material, factory information, and paperwork. Items without a box do not qualify for a return.
- Please do not write on or put any markings on the outside of the packaging. Packages that contain writing or markings on the outside of the packaging will not be eligible for return.
- The item must be packaged exactly as it was shipped. Any variation in the repackaging could cause the item to be damaged in transit, making the return invalid.
- Item is unused and uninstalled.
- Must not be a special order or a custom order.
Return Guidelines for items Shipped via LTL Freight
If an item meets the return eligibility criteria, the return process may proceed. The customer is responsible for arranging return shipping, covering all associated costs, and ensuring the merchandise arrives safely at our warehouse. Should the customer be unable to secure a carrier, a return shipping quote may be provided at our discretion.
Please note: retaining the original pallet or crate is essential for any return shipment. further steps will provided via e-mail.
Return Guidelines for items Shipped via Small Parcel
If an item meets the return eligibility criteria, the return process may proceed. The customer is responsible for arranging return shipping, covering all associated costs, and ensuring the merchandise arrives safely at our warehouse. Upon request, a return shipping label may be provided, with the associated cost deducted from the refund amount.
Refund Policy
Refunds are subject to inspection upon receipt of the returned item(s). All merchandise must meet our eligibility criteria to qualify. A 15% restocking fee applies to returns that are not part of an exchange. Customers must notify us within 15 days of delivery to initiate a return or report any damages. Items returned without prior authorization or beyond the 15-day window will not be eligible for a refund. If the seller is not at fault, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
